Had this beauty sold to a man who put a $950 deposit on to do repairs. Lucky you , he backed out after ,this month(Jan.07),I installed new OEM bias tires , new brake lines ,brake shoes ,wheel cyinders ,fuel line , tune-up , trans service , oil and filters. This car has the original rare 8 lug wheels with aluminum drums that had never been lathed. I was able to turn all 4 drums with minimal material removal to get some minor pits out ( beautiful aluminum ). The original motor is with much integrity after sitting several years all 303 horses of this 4bbl."389" are purring like kittens. This car has the infamous SlimJim 3 speed auto trans that had no sediments in the pan as I flushed and filled with new ATF. Needs a rear passenger glass and a little TLC, the radio works ! With full instrumentation ,and the push button climate controls, it also has the console mounted vacume gauge that looks like a tach in front of the floor shifter. The original vinyl spare tire cover is in the trunk , with the 8 lug wheel change adapter to fit them to a tire machine. Many little extras like drive-in movie stubs from the sixties and match book covers are in the glove box. Must drive to appreciate this masterful ,american ,sport luxury rarity. Call quick !
